I have a consumer issue. Honda Corp. has the best small engine technology in the world. They are the leader in reducing engine emissions and increasing effiency. They have a wide array of products available in the small displacement motorcycle/scooter category internationally. The Wave 125i, a reliable, fuel injected, manual transmission scooter available all over the Pacific rim delivers 100-125 mpg.
I can't buy one of these vehicles in the US and if I import one myself I can't register and license it.
I know the scooter life isn't for everyone, but for those of us that want to reduce our carbon footprint and exercise economical transportation options, shouldn't we have the choice?

McAfee has acquired a very useful tool that empowers internet users to take personal action in helping other internet users more safley use the web. It's called siteadvisor. It's not a program. It's a community of experienced experts. Go there now, check it out and use it if it sounds like it's what you're looking for. I, (user ID ghekko) personally am an active member of the community. Get it now. You won't be sorry.

This may be a useful site but you need to provide more info.
What is Permalink?
What is TrackBack?
Why are you asking for a URL?
What is a TypeKey identity?
How can I use a handle other than my real name to sign my comments?
Is this a place where I can suggest a research project such as pay-as-you go cell phone service?
*******************************************************************
Hello Stephen,
Thanks for writing. To answer your questions:
-A "Permalink" refers to a permanent link for a specific blog entry, and allows you to bookmark or e-mail an entry.
-"Trackback" is a method by which blogs can communicate with each other. For instance, bloggers who decide to post a comment about the UnSponsored Link on their blogs would use the TrackBack URL to automatically notify us of any feedback to that entry.
-We ask for a URL in case you have one you'd like to share.
-"TypeKey Identity" is a free, optional system that allows you to create an a central an anonymous identity for posting comments on weblogs and logging into other websites. Click on the "sign in" link to learn more.
And finally, yes, this is indeed a place where you can suggest research projects. We appreciate hearing suggestions from readers on research topics, but they need to be about Web sites. Investigating Web sites that sell pay-as-you-go cell-phone plans could be a possibility.
-The UnSponsored Link
